Milestone Extension: Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899
Agency staff tried to change the target date on December 27, 2017 (more than 30 days before the target date); however, due to staff leave over the Holidays, this update could not be made before the lock-out. Further, FPISC-OED failed to approve of the date change before the January 26, 2018 target date was missed. FPISC-OED has already approved via e-mail for this update to occur.

The original date was based on the DEPENDENCY of receiving Section 7/106 info from FERC but, to date, the Corps has not received it and FERC is unable to provide an estimated timeframe. The Corps new estimated date presumes the agency will provide the necessary information prior to 29 December.
