Idaho Power provided the Corps with updated information indicating that an application would not be submitted until April 1, 2022 so all milestones were revised accordingly.

This milestone was previously paused and has now been remanded to BLM for further action. The new target completion date reflects additional actions and milestones required to reissue the Decision.

Milestone Extension: Section 404 Clean Water Act
The original date was based on the DEPENDENCY of receiving Section 7/106 info from FERC but, to date, the Corps has not received it and FERC is unable to provide an estimated timeframe. The Corps new estimated date presumes the agency will provide the necessary information prior to 29 December.
