Project sponsor is aware of delay and is working with Navy to complete the NHPA Section 106 and Tribal Consultations by June 30. Milestone Extension: Section 10 Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 and Section 404 Clean Water Act

1. Project sponsor is not concerned with the date change as per April 1st email. 2. Date does not affect any other aspects of the permitting timetable but USACE coordinated with all involved agencies and the project sponsor. 3. The Section 106 process for this process remains paused and this is a dependency for issuance of USACE authorization. This is the fourth extension request and it has not been discussed at the project-specific CERPO meeting. 4. It remains unknown at this time whether the permitting timetable can be adjusted. Completion of the Section 106 process remains a dependency.
