Milestone Extension: Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act Review

1. No; 2. This date was provided as part of the coordinated effort with the Sponsor and all agencies in order to revise the schedule so that we could take the project out of "pause". 3. Milestone Extension: Section 106 Review

Section 106 review consultation will conclude with the Programmatic Agreement. The PA has been drafted but has not been finalize but is in the Final EIS that published in the September 13, 2019 Federal Register. Discussions on the draft PA are ongoing and public comment is still being accepted. The date has been changed to reflect the ongoing consultation.
