Milestone Extension: Section 404 Clean Water Act

Submitted by carlos_arandia on

The Target Date was changed only because our review is essentially paused while we wait for FERC's documented compliance with ESA and NHPA. They have been unable to provide us with a date (stated via e-mail) so we are making our next guess of when we could possibly receive the information from them. We recommend that such actions be "paused" in the future.
