Milestone updated as per BOEM's revised ROD date. BOEM ROD date shifted from October 23 2023 to November 21 2023 and the USACE final milestone has been adjusted accordingly.
Because the COP final completion date is contingent on issuance of the ROD, BOEM requests that the COP final completion date be extended by 30 days, to February 21, 2024 due to the ROD moving to November 21, 2023.
