Project bonding is needed to issue the notice to proceed. BLM contacted the project sponsor and was not able to get a timeframe in which bonding is expected to be completed. BLM is moving the milestone 6 months to account for the unknown timeframe the sponsor will need to bond the project. This was discussed with FPISC staff on 1/14/22.
