BOEM conducted a comprehensive status of the development of the EIS and found that publication of the Draft EIS on September 19, 2025, is no longer feasible. BOEM estimated that publication of the Draft EIS would be delayed by approximately 10 months (308 day shift) to July 24, 2026.
