Milestone Extension: Endangered Species Act Consultation (NOAA-NMFS)

Justification:  The Coastal Protection and Restoration authority (Applicant/Project Sponsor), is requesting time extensions for all the planned and in-progress target milestone dates on the permitting dashboard for CPRA’s Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion project.  This request is the result of a minor change in the construction area for the Project.

Milestone Extension: Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act Review (DOI – FWS)

Justification:  The Coastal Protection and Restoration authority (Applicant/Project Sponsor), is requesting time extensions for all the planned and in-progress target milestone dates on the permitting dashboard for CPRA’s Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion project.  This request is the result of a minor change in the construction area for the Project.

Milestone Extension: Section 106 Review

Justification:  The Coastal Protection and Restoration authority (Applicant/Project Sponsor), is requesting time extensions for all the planned and in-progress target milestone dates on the permitting dashboard for CPRA’s Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion project.  This request is the result of a minor change in the construction area for the Project.

Milestone Extension: Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

Justification:  The Coastal Protection and Restoration authority (Applicant/Project Sponsor), is requesting time extensions for all the planned and in-progress target milestone dates on the permitting dashboard for CPRA’s Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion project.  This request is the result of a minor change in the construction area for the Project.

Milestone Extension: Supplemental Environmental Assessment (EA)

This extension would allow the proponent time to submit required documentation (survey plats and Joint Use Agreement/Permits for ROW). A detailed survey plat and legal description of where the proposed right of way will be within the existing easements are necessary, to ensure accuracy and to show that all the requirements of the legal description have been met. Documents are required to proceed in meeting the target dates. 

Milestone Extension: Section 106 Review

This extension would allow the proponent time to submit required documentation (survey plats and Joint Use Agreement/Permits for ROW). A detailed survey plat and legal description of where the proposed right of way will be within the existing easements are necessary, to ensure accuracy and to show that all the requirements of the legal description have been met. Given the application is not yet complete, all milestones will need to be pushed out. Coordination with all cooperating agencies on these milestone changes has occurred.
