Project bonding is needed to issue the notice to proceed. BLM contacted the project sponsor and was not able to get a timeframe in which bonding is expected to be completed. BLM is moving the milestone 6 months to account for the unknown timeframe the sponsor will need to bond the project. This was discussed with FPISC staff on 1/14/22.

Initial entry was input prior to development of the permitting dashboard. At time of initial entry BOEM was exploring request from Sunrise Wind to expedite the EIS schedule to provide early access to lease area. Following discussions with Cooperating agencies, Sunrise Wind's request could not be accommodated.
