Agencies were waiting for a determination on BIA NPM to see if it applies to tribal consortiums and it does not so BIA permitting is still required. The BIA ROW permitting milestones are now being updated on the dashboard.
BOEM needed to revise the schedule for the ROD. As the Final ITA regulations cannot be published until after the ROD, the milestone date was adjusted according to the nominal OSW timeline to be 60 days after the new ROD date. The final MMPA milestone (issuance of the ITA decision) was adjusted to be 30 days after publication of the final ITA regulations, as required.
