NPS Permit

Permits for rights‐of‐way, easements or other non‐park uses: Informational requirements are determined on a case‐by‐case basis, and applicants should consult with the Park Superintendent before making formal application.

Non Impairment Determination separate from NPS permit

NPS is required to by statute to preserve its lands unimpaired for the enjoyment of future generations. NPS is required to make a determination as to whether a project would impair park system resources before taking an agency action, including issuing permits.
