Commission staff would coordinate with the applicable parties to execute any needed agreement document to complete the section 106 process.  However, there are no established timelines in the National Historic Preservation Act for the applicable parties to sign an agreement document.  The milestone target date below is dependent on the project sponsor resolving all application deficiencies, additional information needs, and required studies by January 31, 2026.
