  • Monthly Status Report for September 2025:
    BLM received the initial SF299 on March 28, 2025; BLM notified NANA on May 14, 2025, that the application contained deficiencies. NANA responded to those requests on June 18. BLM completed a cursory review of the responses and found that sections were now present; however, upon further review, BLM found that deficiencies still exist. BLM sent the “round 2” deficiency request to NANA on July 2. NANA responded and the application was marked complete by BLM on July 15, 2025.
  • Monthly Status Report for August 2025:

NANA responded to those requests on June 18 (within the 30-day lockout period). BLM did a cursory review of the responses and found that sections were now present; however, upon further review, BLM found that deficiencies still exist. BLM sent the “round 2” deficiency request to NANA on July 2 and hoped to receive all requested information by July 25. NANA responded to the request quickly and BLM was able to mark the SF299 complete on 07/15/2025.
