Description:
US Army Corp of Engineers - Huntington District Section 10/404 PCN Joint Application for the Equitrans Expansion Project.
This projected target completion date remains contingent on the receipt of additional information requested of the applicant and documented completion and compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (Section 106) and Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act (Section 7). The Huntington District Corps anticipates receiving confirmation with regard to Section 106 and Section 7 prior to 29 December 2017. Upon receipt of confirmation, the Huntington District Corps expects to render a decision within three weeks.
