Several reasons for date change have been removed from the Reasons for Date Change drop-down select list on the Action data entry form to improve reporting and collect accurate definitions of reasons why a milestone date has changed. See below for guidance on what selections to choose due to this update:

• Environmental review and authorization milestone dependency-related factors. If the target date for the milestone is being modified because that milestone is dependent on another milestone’s modified target date, select the same reason that was selected for the initial target date modification.
• Ahead of schedule. Select the appropriate underlying reason for the milestone date modification.
• Data entry error. Select “Federal agency factors.”
• Project pause. Select the appropriate underlying reason for the milestone date modification.
• Updating planned date. Select the appropriate underlying reason for the milestone date modification.

Agency Postings tab Relocated 

The Agency Postings tab is now located on the project page display next to where the "Edit" link is.

FAST-41 CPP Entries

A new data entry form is now available to create and manage CPPs for FAST-41 projects on the dashboard on a quarterly basis. Follow the steps below to start creating a new CPP entry for your project

1. Click the "FAST-41 CPP Task" link at the top menu
2. Click the "FAST-41 CPP Entries" tab to start creating a new CPP entry for your project.
    

Explanation for Milestone Date Changes (Narrative)

An explanation is now required to be entered when modifying Federal milestone current target dates. The new fields is located on the Action data entry form.

Certification for Date Changes

When changed Federal milestone current target dates, the lead agency is required to select all selections as seen below that apply. If not all the checkboxes are selected, then the dashboard will notify the Office of the Executive Director to review for possible non-conformance

Public Display for Action Changes

A new page is available that displays the changes made to Actions, specifically milestone date changes, and is located on the Action page via a hyperlink underneath the milestones
