This target milestone date is dependent on receipt of a consultation request from BOEM, consisting of a Biological Assessment, concurrent with the cooperating agency review of the Draft EIS. 


 

NOAA determines ESA Consultation Package is Complete - Formal (Agency Action)

This milestone target date is dependent upon NOAA Fisheries receiving sufficient information (including a complete Biological Assessment) from BOEM to deem the consultation request package complete and initiate the ESA consultation. 

 

 

 

ESA Consultation Concludes (Agency Action)

The final completion date is continent upon NOAA Fisheries receiving sufficient information from BOEM that NOAA Fisheries determines adequate to initiate the ESA consultation.
