Description:

Issue Right of Way for each of two underground pipeline projects: (1) the Riley Ridge Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Pipeline Project (WYW-167867) and (2) the Bairoil to Natrona CO2 Pipeline Project (WYW-168290).  Issuance of the Rigts of Way is dependent on the BLM ROD.

The FEIS has been delayed due to additional analysis required to address mitigation concerns. DOI has identified a new target completion date for the FEIS and is expediting the remaining permitting milestones accordingly, which includes issuing the ROD and ROW concurrently.  However, issuance of the ROW is dependent upon completion of the Section 106 consultation.
