Description:

Seven listed species and /or their habitats are found in the project area.  FWS received a request for ESA consultation on July 11, 2019.  On July 31, 2019, FWS requested additional information on the proposed Alaska LNG project description before it can begin formal consultation. On 2/3/20, FWS determined it had a complete consultation initiation package and started formal consultation. FWS will deliver a BO to FERC NLT 6/17/20, which is 135 days from Milestone 2.
