It is up to FERC as lead agency to document any changes in the project's CPP. This has not been discussed at any project-specific CERPO meeting. 4. Target date for permit issuance may be "moved to the left" depending upon the date of completion of the Section 106 consultation process. 5. My agency CERPO has been made aware of the fact that the date is being changed because of the dependency factor.

Description:
PennEast Pipeline (Docket No. CP15-558-000) would provide an additional 1.0 Bcf/d of natural gas transportation service through construction of: (1) 115.1 miles of pipeline from Pennsylvania to New Jersey; (2) 2.1 miles of various lateral pipelines; and (3) a new compressor station.
