Final Required Milestone Date of 01/01/2018 for Final Verification/Permit Decision Rendered has passed by 5 business days
Description:
This projected date remains contingent on the documented completion and compliance with Section 106 of the NHPA, and Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The Corps is currently waiting for documentation from FERC demonstrating Section 7 and Section 106 compliance. Upon receipt of confirmation, the Corps expects to render a decision within two weeks. Should the final completion date require an additional revision the Corps will provide notice at the next quarterly update if we have not yet finalized our decision.
Note, the Section 106 action and Section 7 actions have been paused so the Corps is pausing its action accordingly. When those actions resume, we will update our action with a new target date.
