Description:

The Vicksburg District Corps is currently evaluating the proposed project under Nationwide Permit 12 and is awaiting proof of mitigation.  The applicant has paused the Corps review until it is ready to purchase mitigation.  The target end date of October 21, 2017 will need to be adjusted accordingly once the applicant provides this information.

Description:

The Tennessee Gas Abandonment and Capacity Restoration (Docket No. CP15-88-000) includes:  (1) abandonment of 964 miles of mainline pipeline facilities between Louisiana and Ohio; (2) construction and operation of new and replacement pipelines totaling about 15.5 miles in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi; (3) construction of four new natural gas compressor stations in Ohio; (4) construction of two new compressor units at an existing compressor station in Kentucky; and (5) construction of one new compressor unit at an approved compressor station in Kentucky.
