WB Xpress (Docket No. CP16-38-000) would provide 1.3 Bcf/d of additional natural gas transportation service in West Virginia and Virginia by means of: (1) construction of 29.2 miles of pipeline; (2) modifications to seven existing compressor stations; (3) construction of two new compressor stations; and (4) uprating the maximum allowable operating pressure of various pipeline segments.
