Description:

The Forest Service is participating as a cooperating agency on NEPA for the WB Xpress Project to provide expertise with respect to resources potentially affected by the proposal on National Forest System land.  The agency will sign a record of decision based on the FERC environmental assessement and a special use permit to authorize construction, operation and maintenance on National Forest System land.
