Description:

The Commission issues a Record of Decision concurrent with its decision on the Natural Gas Act Application.  A Record of Decision is dependent on the receipt of any information requests needed to rectify an incomplete application, receipt of responses to any recommendations in a DEIS that are due before the end of the DEIS comment period, and receipt of an applicable Coast Guard Letter of Recommendation.
