Description:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will decide whether or not to issue a permit pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, and if so, under what conditions.

Per EO 13807, the USACE may issue their 404 permit within 90 days of the BLM and USACE Joint Record of Decision, which is anticipated for September 27, 2019.
