Description:

Commission staff developed a Programmatic Agreement (PA) with the applicable agencies and federally recognized tribes.  On June 25, 2020, Commission staff circulated the final PA for signatures.  The Oregon State Historic Preservation Office signed the final PA on July 16, 2020.  The final PA was executed with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation’s signature on July 17, 2020.
