DOE issued a conditional authorization to Commonwealth LNG for export of LNG to non-Free Trade Agreement nations under section 3(a) of the Natural Gas Act (15 U.S.C. § 717b) on February 14, 2025. On August 29, 2025, DOE issued the final authorization.
