Description:

ESA-listed species exist in the area affected by the proposed project and the proposed action has the potential to affect these resources.  Therefore, ESA Section 7 consultation is required. The final completion date is contingent upon NMFS receiving sufficient information to initiate consultation.  Formal consultation requires at least 135 days following the consultation initiation date.
