The Project may be developed and constructed in phases and would consist of up to 16 wind turbine generators (“WTG”), associated inter-array cabling, new onshore and offshore substations, transmission cables and onshore works for connection to the wholesale electric grid administered by PJM Interconnection L.L.C.
The Environmental Review and Permitting Status of this project will be changed to "In Progress" once the Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been issued.
