- On March 27, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Revised Procedural Schedule.
- On July 3, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application Accepted for Filing and Soliciting Motions to Intervene and Protests.
- On September 25, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice Soliciting Scoping Comments and Procedural Schedule.
- On January 14, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Application Ready for Environmental Analysis and Soliciting Comments, Recommendations, Terms and Conditions, and Prescriptions; Intent to Prepare an Environmental Assessment; and Anticipated Schedule.
- On January 28, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Schedule for the Final License Order.
