- On February 6, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application Tendered for Filing with the Commission and Soliciting Additional Study Requests and Establishing Procedural Schedule.
- On March 27, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Revised Procedural Schedule.
- On July 3, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application Accepted for Filing and Soliciting Motions to Intervene and Protests.
- On September 25, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice Soliciting Scoping Comments and Procedural Schedule.
