The project sponsor filed an application pursuant to section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act for a certificate of public convenience and necessity on October 23, 2015. And the project sponsor filed an application to amend its certificate of public convenience and necessity on February 19, 2021. The applications and other supporting documents can be found by searching under docket numbers CP16-10 and CP21-57 in the Commission’s eLibrary system.
The Commission issued a certificate and an amended certificate for the project on October 13, 2017, and April 8, 2022, respectively. These orders include appendices specifying environmental conditions, including mitigation measures. The project sponsor has implemented the required environmental conditions to commence project construction.
There is no active litigation on the Commission’s certificate proceedings.
