Description:

Taylor Shellfish Farms is pursuing a Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) for its shellfish farming operations throughout Washington State. The HCP will allow the company to more effectively manage its operations at the landscape scale in each region that it farms. The HCP will address the impacts of Taylor Shellfish Farms' activities on all species listed under the ESA that occur in the coverage area, as well as some additional sensitive species that are not currently listed. 

This project is posted in the interest of transparency. A permitting timetable will be posted on or before October 14, 2026.
