Description:

Project Meadowlark is located in Gothenberg, Nebraska and consists of the construction and development of a fully integrated domestic fertilizer complex. All ammonia produced is converted on-site into ready-to-use products for farmers and truckers. Once it reaches commercial operation by 2029, the complex will produce 365,000 tons of Urea Ammonium Nitrate (UAN) fertilizer per year, 140,000 tons of Ammonium Thiosulfate (ATS) fertilizer per year, and 52,000 tons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) per year.

This project is posted in the interest of transparency.  A permitting timetable will be posted on or before October 14, 2026.
