Description:
The Golden Gate Project lies in Valley County, Idaho, approximately 3 miles southeast of the town of Yellow Pine. The Project is located on federal lode claims located within the Boise National Forest.
The Project consists of further development of a Tungsten and Gold deposit, restarting the past-producing Golden Gate Tungsten Mine, and commercializing an existing Tungsten ore stockpile mined at the project site. Planned work over the next 36 months includes an exploration program consisting of approximately 2,000 feet of prospecting trenching and 340 core drill holes over 68 drill sites totaling approximately 150,000 feet to define a mineable resource of Tungsten and Gold. Additional work includes metallurgical test work to establish the most efficient method of processing Tungsten and Gold ore, and completion of a pre-feasibility study to confirm the economic viability of the project, and offsite processing of approximately 2,000 to 8,000 tons of existing, previously mined Tungsten ore stockpile. The project proposes to use existing roads and existing unauthorized roads to minimize the amount of new disturbance required to support the exploration program.
This project is posted in the interest of transparency and response to Executive Order 14241. A permitting timetable will be posted on or before July 30, 2026.
