Description:
The Bend Project consists of an exploration drilling program to evaluate a copper-gold volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) system with tellurium situated on a federal mineral estate within the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Medford Ranger District, Westboro Township in Taylor County, Wisconsin. This deposit has a historic resource estimate of approximately 4.0 million tonnes. The Project's exploration drilling program includes up to 13 drill sites and 15 drill holes totaling approximately 17,186 feet of core drilling, with a total estimated footprint of approximately 1.51 acres and estimated ground disturbance of approximately 0.88 acres. The Project also includes construction of temporary access roads totalling approximately 2,233 feet. The Project will advance on a Federal Mineral Estate through a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) prospecting permit application covering approximately 519 acres.
This project is posted in the interest of transparency and response to Executive Order 14241. A permitting timetable will be posted on or before July 30, 2026.
