Description:
The data center complex will be located on approximately 1,300 acres of private land adjacent to the Department of Energy Portsmouth Site in Pike County, Ohio. The project consists of two data center buildings and their associated infrastructure, including access roads, administrative buildings, substations, laydown yards, and parking infrastructure.
The Executive Director granted a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers request to extend completion dates for the environmental assessment and the permit decision under Section 10 Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 and Section 404 Clean Water Act on September 28, 2026.
