Description:
Ambler Metals LLC (AMC) proposes to access and recover ore from an open pit mine at the Arctic Deposit in the Ambler Mining District (Ambler District). The project, designed to process approximately 11,000 short tons per day of ore, will extract commercial quantities of critical and strategic minerals including copper, zinc, lead, and other valuable minerals (gold and silver) from the Arctic Deposit ore reserves. The open pit mine will require 3 miles of access roads between the pit, waste rock facility, ore storage stockpile, and mill facilities.
