Description:
The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in cooperation with the National Park Service (NPS) is proposing the WFLHD Facility Renovation Project located at 610 East Fifth Street, Vancouver, Washington. The WFLHD Facility is situated within the Vancouver National Historic Reserve. WFLHD intends to modernize core baseline infrastructure, restore facility operational readiness, harden structural and life-safety systems, optimize long-term facility performance to eliminate wasteful maintenance costs and protect capital assets for the main office building.
