The NOI for the Silver Rock Transmission Line Project began routing with BLM Utah and Nevada on June 3, 2026, and was sent to the BLM Headquarters on June 23, 2026. The BLM Headquarters created a new routing on June 25, 2026, The DOI review process of the NOI package has taken longer than expected which resulted in the missed date for NOI publication. BLM can not publish the NOI for the Silver Rock Transmission Project in the Federal Register until the DOI review process completes. BLM continues to engage with upper leadership to respond to information requests and communicate the importance of timely publication of the NOI. BLM intends to publish the NOI on or before the alternative completion date of August 28.", basic_html
