With execution of the congressionally mandated Southeast Arizona Land Exchange, there is no mining activity that will occur on National Forest System lands in conjunction with the Resolution Copper Project. There is therefore no regulatory requirement for a Mine Plan of operations to be submitted to or approved by the Tonto National Forest. This action has therefore been cancelled. , basic_html
