In the letter of January 28th, 2026, to the DOE, the USFWS indicated that “All information required to initiate consultation was either included in the letters or is otherwise accessible for consideration and reference. Payment to the Arkansas Bat Fund will conclude formal consultation requirements under the BCS, its BO, and Section 7 of the ESA.”  On February 13th, 2026, USFWS issued the letter confirming receipt of payment to Bat Fund and their concurrence to the DOE to conclude consultation. , basic_html
