The FWS issued new policy guidance on 9/14/26 in the form of a memo from the Director.  Additionally, on 9/14/26, the harm rule definition recission went into effect (91 FR 43300).  The field office is working with FWS Headquarters to determine if the incidental take statement provided in the current draft BO complies with the 9/14/26 policy memo and the altered rule., basic_html
