Permitting Action Modification History

On December 15, 2026, Laramide Resources, Ltd. requested a schedule delay of six to twelve months to allow better alignment between the state and federal permitting processes. The Section 106 consultation concluded milestone was moved from 5/18/2027 to 06/01/2028 to bring it into alignment with concluding thirty days prior to the publication of the FEIS.
