Agencies determined ESA Section 7 consultation is no longer necessary for this project as the Bi-State Sage Grouse will no longer be listed. No other species require consultation. Action status is set to 'cancelled', but system would not allow to save without entering current target dates above, so I listed 11/20/2025 as ESA Consultation Concludes to correspond with signing of FONSI, though my intent is that this date should not show on the dashboard, given the 'cancelled' status. , basic_html
