Milestone completed earlier than anticipated. Target dated changed from 3/17/2026 to 1/6/2026. Preliminary review indicates that the ROW application submitted on December 23, 2025 is missing several required items and/or documents as outlined on 25 CFR 169.101. However, will consider this submission complete with the expectation that all outstanding information and documentation will be submitted to our office within 30 calendar days from the date of this letter.

This extension would allow the proponent time to submit required documentation (survey plats and Joint Use Agreement/Permits for ROW). A detailed survey plat and legal description of where the proposed right of way will be within the existing easements are necessary, to ensure accuracy and to show that all the requirements of the legal description have been met. Given the application is not yet complete, all milestones will need to be pushed out. Coordination with all cooperating agencies on these milestone changes has occurred.
