Permitting Action Modification History

To ensure the effective administration of public lands, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes extending the publication of the Notice of Intent in the Federal Register to September 24, 2027. This extension is necessary to provide the project sponsor, Arevia Power, with additional time to engage meaningfully with grazing permittees and address grazing impacts identified during the variance process. Additional time is also required to coordinate with the adjacent project sponsor, Balanced Rock Power, to resolve access issues affecting both projects. The Plan of Development and associated application will need to be revised and resubmitted to reflect these resolutions.
