Real Estate Note: Consent to Cross is required for the Wilson Lake flowage easement, as it is a federal real estate interest. However, for other crossings located within the Missouri River Project, which are features under the Levee Rehabilitation Program, no additional real estate interest is anticipated because USACE does not hold a real estate interest in those locations.Issuance of the proposed consent to cross is dependent upon completion of all permitting actions (408 and 404).  This action is projected to be completed within 60 days of completion of all permitting actions.  The projected issuance of the proposed consent of 1/18/2027 aligns with the timelines outlined in the above associated agency reports and directly corresponds with the 60 day timeframe.   Issuance of executed consent is dependent upon the receipt of grantee signed proposed consent to cross.  Target Date: 45 days after receipt of grantee signed consent.  , basic_html
