No comments were received on draft EA. Now working with native allotment owners to obtain consent for crossing their lands as required by BIA ROW permitting.

NTIA has approved the federal EA and NTIA and cooperating agencies have signed FONSI. Outstanding permits remain to be issued by Army Corps and BIA.
