US Forest Service was notified via email on 8/8/2024 that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Regulatory issued the approved jurisdictional determination for this project and there are no Section 404 waters within the project area. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Regulatory therefore requested to be modified from a cooperating agency to a participating agency. This also requires removing the Section 404 Clean Water Act action from the project timetable.
