Information about project-related public meetings, public hearings, and public comment periods

On July 14, 2025, the USCG issued a public notice for the five proposed bridges to solicit comments related to navigation.  Any comments related to the environment will be forwarded to the lead agency.

Description of any Federal agency action taken or decision made that materially affects the status of the project

The USCG issued five permits approving the location and plans of five bridges across navigable waters of the US.  The permits are set to expire in September 2025; however, the permits will remain in force while applications are considered.  Applications were submitted to extend the times to commence and complete construction.  On November 13, 2025, the USCG issued permits to extend the times to commence and complete the construction of five bridges for the project.  All USCG milestones have been satisfied.
